Before you arrive

Confirm the pickup location, date, time, vehicle class, and every driver who needs to be authorized.

Have a valid driver’s license and the payment card associated with the reservation. Bring any additional document requested during booking.

Review the vehicle condition, fuel or charge level, mileage, protection selections, and return instructions before leaving.

Can I upload documents before pickup?

Upload a document only when the booking process requests it. Do not send license or payment information through chat or ordinary email.

Can another person collect or drive the vehicle?

Every driver must meet the operator’s requirements and be added to the rental agreement before driving.

What happens if my plans change?

Contact Gutori before the scheduled pickup or return time. Changes remain subject to availability and the applicable rental terms.
