Gutori provides vehicle-rental services. Nothing on this page is an insurance policy, certificate of insurance, or insurance advice. Any protection product offered during a rental must be reviewed in the applicable rental agreement.
Unless the applicable agreement provides otherwise, the renter may be responsible for physical damage to, loss of, or theft of the rental vehicle during the rental period. Review the quote and agreement for any protection product, limits, exclusions, deposits, or charges that apply.
Protection for damage to the rental vehicle is different from liability for bodily injury, death, or property damage caused to another person, vehicle, or property. Review your personal auto policy and applicable legal requirements before renting.
Only the renter and drivers authorized in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Prohibited, unlawful, careless, or unauthorized use may affect protection and may make the renter responsible for resulting loss or damage.
Make sure everyone is safe and contact emergency services when necessary. Then notify Gutori promptly and follow the rental agreement instructions for reporting accidents, damage, theft, or claims.
