Cancellation, modification, extension, refund, and no-show rules appear in the applicable quote and rental agreement.
Does a search result guarantee a vehicle?
No. Availability, pricing, eligibility, and payment may be checked again before the reservation is confirmed or the vehicle is released.

These Terms and Conditions describe the general rules for using Gutori vehicle-rental and automotive services. The rental record, service estimate, and any agreement you sign provide the terms that apply to your transaction.
1. Agreement and renter responsibilities
The applicable rental record, service estimate, and documents provided or signed at the time of service form the agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with the applicable agreement and law.
2. Eligibility and authorized drivers
Only the renter and drivers expressly authorized in the applicable rental agreement may operate a rental vehicle. Each driver must meet the licensing and eligibility requirements communicated during the rental process.
3. Vehicle use and return
Use the vehicle lawfully and with reasonable care. Return it to the designated location and time stated in the rental record, in the condition received except for ordinary wear. Contact Gutori before the due time if you need an extension.
4. Damage, loss, and incidents
Follow the applicable agreement and contact Gutori promptly after an accident, damage, theft, or other incident. Contact emergency services first when safety requires it, and cooperate with required reports and inspections.
5. Prices, payments, and services
The applicable quote or service estimate states the price, taxes, fees, deposits, protection products, and other charges that apply. Availability, pricing, eligibility, and final approval are confirmed through the applicable rental process.
6. Services
Gutori provides vehicle rental, TLC-compliant rental options, auto repair, diagnostics, brake repair, oil changes, New York State inspections, and tire and wheel services.
